Brand new, never used (taken out of package only to photograph). The cardboard card inside the packaging does show wear from being bent in the past, but the product is great. The markers themselves are Asian knot style balls, with a loop for marking the stitch on your needle, in 6 different bright beautiful colors. Inside of the “dumpling” style carrier pouch/container is green lining. Open the carrier by pinching in the ends of the dumpling, as shown in the photo. Very cute as a Mother’s day gift for the mom that knits!
